The United States and its Western allies have postponed their plan to attack Syria. U.S. President, Barack Obama, announced that he was postponing the Congressional vote on authorizing military force. His decision came after a serious discussion with Russia who had threatened to inspect Syria’s chemical weapons.
Moscow’s initiative, made by Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, was accepted by the White House after it had become clear that U.S. lawmakers were going to have to reject Obama’s request to bomb Syria. Mr. Lavrov’s achievement not only stopped a serious attack, but also allowed the Obama administration to get out of the problems they were facing. The Bashar al-Assad regime approved of this and promised to sign the chemical weapons convention, which requires states to stop producing toxic munitions (materials).

Some people have good health and some do not. While there are circumstances out of our control when it comes to certain life threatening diseases, we should take care of ourselves by participating in various activities. One should run or exercise, drink milk together with other fresh healthy juices and observe a regiment of nutritious food intake. It is very important to be healthy.
It is necessary to eat healthy food because to avoid your body becoming weak. There are health supplements to promote good health if eating the correct food becomes difficult. Calcium is great for our bones. Vitamin C for our skin and hair. Vitamin D gives us essential energy, as well as a whole host of other benefits. Fruits and dates also give you vital energy.
Maintaining your health should be the most important task in your daily routine because the older you get the weaker you get . The old saying of 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away' - really does run true if we discover all the benefits a piece of fruit has on our body overall. Our bodies begin to reserve stores of nutrients from our childhood, that is why is is compulsory to follow the 'food pyramid' pay particular attention to our habits. Eating the right foods and maintaining an exercise regiment will also help create a strong immune system to sustain our active lifestyles.
We are the masters of our own destiny, so let's make it a long and healthy one!
